How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer a standard delivery service within 1-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. For same-day delivery, your order will arrive on the same day (available for selected areas).

Where can my order be delivered?

We currently deliver within Singapore only, covering all major areas and surrounding islands (e.g., Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc.).

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the receipt. Here are the steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team, providing the order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the designated address and keep the courier tracking number for reference.
  4. Once we receive and confirm that the item meets the return criteria, we will process a refund or arrange for a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items or customized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is free for all orders. Same-day delivery fees range from S$10 to S$20 depending on the order weight and delivery address.

How can I check the status of my order?What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time via our logistics partner’s platform.

If the delivery address is incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with the address update. However, if the package has already been shipped, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
